This User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") governs the relations between the Administration providing access to the online game service (hereinafter the "Game"), hosted on ec-development.net, and the user of the Game (hereinafter the "User").

1. General Terms & Conditions

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms that they are of legal age or have obtained consent from parents or legal guardians to use the Game services. If local laws prohibit online game services or apply age restrictions, the User agrees to discontinue using the service.

Registration, login, or any use of the Game constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, game characters, dialogues, items, and artwork belong to the Game Administration and their respective owners.

2. User Obligations & Restrictions

The User agrees to:
- Keep their account login and password confidential.
- Treat other users and moderators with dignity and respect.
- Promptly report any software bugs or security issues to the Administration.

The User is strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated scripts, bots, macro tools, or exploit engines.
- Attempting unauthorized access or compromise of other user accounts.
- Commercial resale of game virtual currency, accounts, or items for real-world currency.
- Engaging in fraud, phishing, or disruptive activities.

3. Rights & Disclaimers of Administration

The Administration reserves the right to:
- Apply moderation actions (mutes, suspensions, account termination) for violations of this Agreement.
- Adjust game mechanics, item balance, and service availability at any time.
- Perform server maintenance and updates without prior notice.
